MATC-10/20/30 (Motorized Automatic Tool Changer with 10/20/30 kg payload)

The MATC is a motorized ATC that integrates a motor and controller in the robot-side unit (MATC-R), enabling delivery of rotational power to all tools attached to the tool-side unit (MATC-T).
Tools and grippers compatible with the MATC do not require their built-in drive units and consist solely of mechanical components, resulting in lower costs and allowing users to design and fabricate their own tools without concerns about incorporating actuators.
Using the “initialize,” “open,” and “close” buttons provided on the MATC, users can operate tools even without connection to a robot or computer, greatly facilitating the development of tooling solutions.
